First Thursday - July 2nd, 5-8 p.m. First Capital Rotary sponsors A 4th of July Picnic. Enjoy summer favorites from area restaurants along with adult beverages and soft drinks. The Storm will perform at the event, held at 45 East Second Street, Chillicothe at the Majestic Theatre courtyard.
