Were having a celebration in honor of Lucy Webb Hayes 178th birthday she was born August 28, 1831. There will be museum tours from 5pm-6pm at the Lucy Hayes Heritage Center on 90 W. Sixth Street, Chillicothe. There will be entertainment and the cake ice cream social will be from 6pm-8pm. There will be seating inside and out, but you might want to bring lawn chairs.
